Owned and operated by Mr John Japp and Miss Andrea Pinciarova, La Fettuccina has been the local Italian haunt for over 3 decades, dishing up fresh daily made pasta to a hungry clientele. We celebrate the fact that many of our customers come in every week for their favourite same dish.

Our international staff complete the ambiance for an authentic Italian dining experience. Our staff are all long term employees who live locally and have become a part of the restaurant. The face you see on Tuesday will be the same one the next week.

When it first opened La Fettuccina was the only restaurant on the street, thirty years later it is surrounded by many restaurants and bars and now sits at the thriving heart of the Cairns main dining Precinct.

Just a short stroll from the Cairns Esplanade; La Fettuccina and the  restaurants of Shields Street, offer up the whole of Cairns local dining experience in one busy area.
